It can perform the steady-state life test and burn-in screening for various types of Microwave
Schottky barrier diodes (detector diodes, mixer diodes). Each tested Schottky diode is supplied by
an independent constant current source. The program-controlled constant current source is
composed of two parts: DC constant current source (0.01-5.00mA and AC constant current
source (0.01-1.00mA).
Real time monitoring of DC aging current and AC peak current during the test.
