Diode Alternating Current Dynamic Life Test System

Design for various packages' diode running full dynamic life test at ambient temp.
Loading 50Hz alternating voltage signal to DUT: positive half cycle constant current, negative half cycle reverse high voltage

Forward test current：3.0A,5.0A,50.0A,100.0A;

Reverse test voltage: 1000V,3000V,5000V.
