High&Low Temp. Auto Test for Tantalum Capacitor

The system can perform three-temperature(-50℃,20℃,150℃)auto test for various capacitors thru configuring different test instruments. The system is characterised by reliable test,accurate temp.(measurable)and high automation,which greatly enhanced the test accuracy and reduced human intervention during the test.
